Welcome to Eternal Bond Creations. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. About Us
Eternal Bond Creations (“we”, “our”, “us”) specialises in creating bespoke keepsake items made from customer-supplied materials such as ashes, fur, hair, and breastmilk. Each item is handcrafted with care and is unique to the individual materials provided.

2. Ordering and Acceptance
By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
Orders are accepted once payment has been received in full and we have confirmed receipt of the required materials.

3. Supplying Materials
You are responsible for safely packaging and sending your materials to us. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service.
Eternal Bond Creations cannot be held liable for materials that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit to us.
While we take the utmost care in handling your materials, we cannot guarantee the return of any unused portions unless explicitly agreed in writing.

4. Loss or Damage in Transit (Returns to Customer)
Once completed, your keepsake will be securely packaged and sent using a tracked service.
Eternal Bond Creations is not liable for loss, damage, or delay caused by third-party delivery services once the item has left our premises. However, we will provide tracking details and support you in liaising with the courier if an issue arises.
Compensation for lost or damaged items during delivery to the customer will be limited to any applicable courier insurance. As these items are irreplaceable, we encourage customers to consider appropriate additional insurance where possible.

5. Custom Nature of Products
Each product is handmade and variations are expected due to the natural differences in the materials supplied.
Due to the bespoke and sentimental nature of our items, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds based on change of mind or subjective dissatisfaction.

6. Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround time is 4-6 weeks from receipt of both payment and materials. However, this may vary depending on volume of orders and complexity.
Any quoted delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees.

7. Cancellations and Refunds
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase provided materials have not yet been received.
Once materials have been received and production has started, cancellations are not possible, and refunds will not be issued.

8. Care of Products
Our keepsakes are delicate and not intended for heavy wear. Please follow care instructions included with your item.
We do not accept responsibility for damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or cleaning.

9. Intellectual Property
All content, product designs, photographs, and branding on our website and social media remain the intellectual property of Eternal Bond Creations and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

10. Privacy Policy
Any personal data you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which includes how we store and protect your information and materials.

11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled exclusively in its courts.
