At Eternal Bond Creations, we treat your precious materials with the utmost care and respect. Below you will find details of our shipping procedures and returns policy.

Shipping Policy

Sending Your Materials to Us

You are responsible for safely packaging and posting your materials (e.g. ashes, breastmilk, fur, or hair) to us.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery method for peace of mind.

Eternal Bond Creations cannot be held liable for items lost, delayed, or damaged while in transit to us.

Shipping Your Keepsake Back to You

Once your item is complete, we will send it via Evri (tracked) to the address provided at checkout.

You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

We cannot accept responsibility for loss, delay, or damage during delivery by Evri or any other third-party courier. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier where applicable.

If your parcel is lost or damaged, any compensation will be limited to the amount recoverable from Evri’s standard insurance. As the contents are irreplaceable, we recommend that you contact us to discuss additional insurance if required.

Turnaround Time

Turnaround time is typically 4-6 weeks from the date we receive both your full payment and materials. Please note this is an estimate and can vary depending on demand and complexity of the order.

We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

All keepsakes are handcrafted to order using the materials you provide. Each item is unique and may naturally vary in appearance.
Returns, exchanges or refunds cannot be offered for changes of mind, dissatisfaction with natural variations, or once production has begun.
If you believe your item has arrived damaged or faulty, please contact us at eternalbondcreations@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photographs and a description of the issue. We will work with you to find a suitable resolution.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided materials have not yet been received.

After 24 hours or once we have received your materials, cancellations are no longer possible.
